The thought of being all alone in a negative cycle that may be a result of anxiety, trauma, depression, unhealthy coping skills, and/or environmental stressors can be daunting. The treatment for most mental illness is effective therapy. However, some need a little more than therapy. How would you know if you could benefit from medications? If you have been suffering for a long time in a limited and/or negative cycle, most likely your brain will need some help; the right psychotropic medication plus therapy may help improve your symptoms.

Ms. Ezema prides herself at providing empathetic, culturally competent care that is patient-focused and solution- based. Our primary Psych NP has medication management experiences that have been well rounded through theoretical, clinical, and personal exposure in the mental health field. Ms Ezema obtained her Masters degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2107 and her Bachelors degree in Nursing from Midwestern State University, in 2008.

Her patients describe her as “open”, “easy to talk to”, “direct”, and “intelligent”.

For fun, she enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time with her husband and their four children.
