  • Chiquita Golden

    Hello there! My name is Chiquita Golden, Founder and CEO of Business Essentials Virtual Service, LLC.

    After a successful career at Blue Cross of over 20 years and retiring in 2009, I decided to pursue my passion for healthcare administration, earning my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from 2010 through 2012.

    While earning my degree, I worked with my sister in her therapy practice which provided the opportunity for me to showcase my skills and helped me realize the potential to assist others in the mental health field.

    Establishing Business Essentials Virtual Services in 2012 was a significant milestone for me. My team of specialists are fully equipped to support behavioral health therapists in private practice. From appointment scheduling to claims billing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable management, we also offer comprehensive administrative support services.

    In 2020, we partnered with The Empowering Space as their Admin Team and have found fulfillment and inspiration to help grow this business. Our expertise, experience, and dedication to helping others has undoubtedly made a valuable impact on the therapists we support.

    Our goal is to bring convenience and efficiency to the administrative aspects of running a therapy practice!

    Greetings! My name is Elisa Golden, and I reside in the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia where I was born and raised. I have two wonderful and amazing souls that I share this life journey with and keep me grounded and on my toes.

    In 2014, I graduated from Saint Leo with a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. I enjoy working in the mental/behavioral field because it is such a humbling experience, and it gives me a chance to do something that I am very passionate about.

    I am a Biller and Virtual Assistant for Business Essentials with years of experience. I love this journey and most of all I enjoy helping people.

    Hello! My name is Rita Blackston and I am a Mother, Grandmom, Godmom of twelve, minister and virtual assistant with Business Essentials, LLC.

    I started out over a year ago just helping out a friend (Chiquita) by taking some calls for her. Amazingly, I’m now a part of the team as a scheduler and biller, known as the “Claim Submitting Queen.”
